摘要
癌症早已是全世界人类的主要死因之一,探索更好的抗癌药物是非常必要的。蛋白质翻译后修饰是蛋白质合成后发生的化学变化,已有研究表明,蛋白质翻译后修饰与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。因此本文对常见的蛋白质翻译后修饰在肿瘤发病中的机制研究进行综述,希望能为相关抗癌药物研究提供有效的参考。
Cancer has long been one of the leading causes of death in humans around the world,and the discovery of better anti-cancer drugs is necessary.Protein post-translational modifications(PTMs)are chemical changes that occur after protein synthesis.The studies have shown that PTMs are closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.Therefore,this article reviews the research on the mechanisms of common protein post-translational modifications in tumor pathogenesis,hoping to provide an effective reference for anti-cancer drug research.
