高校教师考核评价的问题检视及改进策略

摘要 高校教师考核评价实践的展开以高校和学术共同体为共同依托,需要在正式组织的规范运作与非正式组织的情感融合中达成目标。科学合理的考核评价在应然层面需要遵守过程的契约规范,凝结主客体的交往互动,并坚守考评价值的伦理道德。但观照现实,考核评价环节仍面临师德量化考核模糊、教学与科研关系割裂、社会服务制度设计欠佳等问题。需形成师德考核制度约束与道德指引的双向合力,以“教学学术”提升教学和科研评价效能,明确社会服务考核的定位与导向,实现高校教师考核评价迈向理性发展之路。 The development of the evaluation practice of university faculty is based on the common support of the university and the academic community,which needs to achieve the goal in the normative operation of the formal organization and the emotional fusion of the informal organization.Scientific and reasonable evaluation should abide by the contract norms of the process,condense the interaction between subject and object,and adhere to the ethics of evaluation value.However,considering the reality,there are still some problems in the assessment and evaluation process,such as the double trouble of the theory and practice of quantitative evaluation of teachersethics,the split between teaching and research,the poor design of social service system.it's urgent to form a two-way joint force of the constraints of teacher ethics assessment system and moral guidance,improve the evaluation efficiency of teaching and scientific research with“teaching and academic”as the balance,and clarify the orientation and guidance of social service assessment,so as to realize the rational development of the evaluation of university faculty.
