摘要
场景是链接数字技术与教育实践的桥梁,也是培养教师数字能力的创新方式。该文对当前教师数字能力发展的问题和需求进行分析后,从内涵特征、构建框架以及实践建议三个方面对构建和应用场景支持教师数字能力发展进行了全面阐释。内涵特征部分强调场景对于挑战性或复杂性实践事件的还原,明确了整体性、复杂性、交互性、创新性以及协同性等特征;构建框架包括构建要素与类型划分,基于文献研究并结合教师数字素养发展规律,该文提出了情境、挑战、选择、结果、反思、技术六个要素,依据设计目标、驱动要素、媒体样态提出了多种适合不同需求的场景类型;实践建议中涉及到规划、资源、实施以及评价四个方面,包括优化教师数字能力发展规划、改造课程资源的样态与设计思路、创新“研训赛用”闭环模式的实施、提升评价的科学性和可解释性。
Scenario serve as a bridge connecting digital technology with educational practices and represent an innovative approach to cultivating teachers’digital competence.Following an analysis of the current challenges and demands in the development of teachers’digital competence,the paper comprehensively elucidates the construction and application of scenarios to support the enhancement of teachers’digital competence in terms of inherent characteristics,construction framework and practical suggestions.The connotation characteristics emphasizes the scenarios’reduction of challenging or complex practical events,and clarifies the characteristics of integrality,complexity,interactivity,innovativeness and cooperativity.The construction framework includes the construction elements and types.Based on the literature research and combined with the law of teachers’digital literacy development,the paper proposes six elements:context,challenge,choice,outcome,reflection and technology,and a variety of scenario types suitable for different needs according to design objectives,driving elements and media modalities.The practical suggestions involve planning,resources,implementation and evaluation,including optimizing the planning of teachers’digital competence development,transforming the modalities and design ideas of curriculum resources,innovating the implementation of the closed-loop model of“research,training,competition and use”,and improving the scientific and interpretability of evaluation.
