透刺法在膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中的沿袭与应用

鉴古察今,透刺法作为取穴少、针感强、疗效佳、便于传扬于外的中医针法,在传统文化历史长河中流传不息。历朝历代医家以实践为基础继承并发扬透刺法,融入了其所处时代特有的文化哲学思想,丰富了透刺法的具体内涵。作为一种中医传统针刺治疗方式,透刺法以“一针两穴”而闻名,且透刺法在实践中注重激发患者经气,往往产生较强的针感,善于直达病所而有除顽疾、止痹痛之功用,其在膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗中发挥着独特优势。文章拟探究透刺法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的理论渊源,并以中国知网为文献来源,梳理相关临床文献,以临床实践为基础,展示透刺法现代研究进展,以期揭示透刺法理论的现代科学内涵。透刺法的代代传承中蕴含着各医家治病的角度与思路,我们应吸取历代医家治疗疾病的经验并运用于临床针刺治疗中,在实践中继承并发展透刺法具体内涵,注重与现代医学相结合,不断丰富和发展新时代透刺法具体内涵,以现代医学为手段,探索透刺法的科学依据和临床最优解。总之,透刺法通过针刺效应激活膝关节结构调整,影响细胞凋亡进展,调节力学状态,最终纠正机体紊乱状态,使患者机能恢复而免受痛苦,是治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的优势选择。

Knowing the history helps to understand the current circumstances.As a traditional acupuncture method of traditional Chinese medicine with fewer acupuncture points,stronger needle sensation,better therapeutic effect,and being easier to spread to the outside world,the method of penetrating needling has been passed down in the long history of traditional culture.Medical practitioners of all dynasties have inherited and developed the method on the basis of practice,incorporating cultural and philosophical ideas unique to their times and enriching the specific connotations of the method.As a traditional acupuncture treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine,the penetrating needling is famous for“one needle,two acupoints”,and the penetrating needling method focuses on stimulating the patient’s meridian Qi(气)in practice,which tends to produce strong needle sensation and is good at reaching the place where the disease is located to get rid of intractable diseases and stop pain,which plays a unique advantage in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint.This thesis intends to explore the theoretical origin of the penetrating needling method for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint,and to use CNKI as the source of literature,comb through the relevant clinical literature,and demonstrate the modern research progress of penetrating needling method on the basis of clinical practice,with a view to revealing the modern scientific connotation of the theory of the penetrating needling method.The transmission of penetrating needling method from generation to generation contains the perspectives and ideas of various medical practitioners in treating diseases,we should learn from the experience of medical practitioners in treating diseases through the ages and apply it in clinical acupuncture treatment,inherit and develop the specific application of penetrating needling method,focus on combining it with modern medicine,enrich and develop the specific connotation of penetrating needling method of the new era,and use modern medicine as a means of exploring the scientific basis of penetrating needling method and its clinical optimal solution.In conclusion,through the acupuncture effect,the method activates the structural adjustment of the knee joint,influences the progress of cell apoptosis,regulates the mechanical state,and finally corrects the disordered state of the organism,so that the patient’s function can be restored without pain,which is an advantageous choice for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint.
