伤寒温病一毒论及攻毒疗法在外感热病诊疗中的运用

Application of Cold Damage,Warm Disease and Toxin Theory and Counteracting Toxin Therapy in Diagnosis and Treatment of Exogenous Febrile Diseases

基于“毒邪学说”理论,认为伤寒温病两者病因病机皆与毒有关,将外感热病分为风毒、寒毒、湿毒、热毒、燥毒、痰毒、瘀毒、虚毒八种类型,以此进行辨证论治,称为八毒辨证。采用攻毒疗法为主治疗外感热病,取得良好疗效。

Based on the"toxin pathogen theory",it is analyzed that the etiology and pathogenesis of both cold damage and warm disease are related to toxin.Exogenous febrile diseases are divided into eight types,namely wind toxin,cold toxin,damp toxin,heat toxin,dryness toxin,phlegm toxin,stasis toxin and deficiency toxin,so as to conduct syndrome differentiation and treatment,namely syndrome differentiation of eight toxins.Counteracting toxin therapy is taken as the main treatment for exogenous febrile diseases,with a good curative effect.
