摘要
基于国内核电站对含氢废气的处理方式以及TEG缓冲罐的检查大纲,结合核电站系统手册、技术规格书、定期试验等,介绍了M310机组对含氢废气的处理方式以及TEG缓冲罐长期检修工况下的运行。利用简单理论模型以及理想气体状态方程进行分析计算,给出了给废气处理系统缓冲罐设置旁通管线的合理化建议,为核电站TEG缓冲罐长期检修工况提供参考。
Based on the treatment methods of hydrogen containing waste gas in domestic nuclear power plants and the inspection guideline of TEG buffer tanks,combined with nuclear power plant system manuals,technical specifications,regular tests,etc.,this paper outlines the treatment methods of hydrogen containing waste gas in M310 units and the operation of TEG buffer tanks under long-term maintenance conditions.By using a simple theoretical model and the ideal gas state equation,a rational suggestion of setting a bypass pipeline for the buffer tank of the waste gas treatment system is analyzed and calculated,which provides a reference for the long-term maintenance condition of TEG buffer tanks.
