基于Mind+软件的口罩识别与无接触测温装置研究与设计

摘要 为了减轻疫情防控中工作人员的负担,降低交叉感染的风险,提高防疫工作效率,设计了一种使用Mind+编程的口罩识别与无接触测温装置。该装置以Arduino作为控制平台,采用HuskyLens模块进行口罩识别,使用非接触式温度传感器MLX90614来测量人体表面温度。该装置经过多次测试,口罩识别准确率为95.83%,温度测量的平均相对误差为0.46%,能够自动检查出未正确佩戴口罩或者体温异常的通行人员,并发出报警信号,禁止其入内。从而有效地减少防疫人员的工作量,降低防疫成本。 The device of mask wearing identification and non⁃contact temperature measuring based on Mind+was designed in thearticle.It can hugely relieve burden of public⁃health worker,reduce risk of mutual infection,improve efficiency of epidemic prevention.Arduino was used as a control platform in this device.HuskyLens was adopted to mask recognition,human surface temperature was measured using MLX90614.According to multiple tests,the precision of mask wearing identification was 95.83%,and the mean relative deviation of temperature measuring was 0.46%.The device can detect people who are not correctly wear masks or have abnormal body temperature,then the device can send an alarm signal.Therefore,the device can effectively reduce the workload for public⁃health worker and reduce the cost of epidemic prevention.
