摘要
针对新工科背景下创新型人才个性化培养对当前高等教育带来的诸多挑战,汇总归纳了新工科创新型人才培养模式的共性特征与主要内涵,审视当前个性化培养过程中存在的问题,根据新工科“产学研融合、跨学科交叉、创新与责任、全球化视野、个性化发展”等核心育人理念,探索提出了面向个性化培养的教学管理创新改革方向与实施路径,旨在构建面向新工科创新人才个性化培养的育人体系,提升新工科创新型人才培养质量。
In view of the challenges brought by the individualized training of innovative talents to the current higher education in the context of of the emergent engineering education,in this article we summarize the common characteristics and principal connotation of the training model of innovative talents in the emergent engineering education,and further examine the current problems existing in the process of individualized training.Moreover,based on the the core concepts of the new engineering education,namely“integration of production,university and research,cross-disciplinarity,innovation and responsibility,global vision,and individualized development”,we propose the reform direction and implementation path of teaching management reform oriented to individualized training,with an intended purpose to establish an educational system suitable for individualized training of innovative talents in the emergent engineering education,and improve the training quality of innovative talents in the emergent engineering education.
