富血小板血浆辅助自体脂肪面部移植的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Platelet-Rich Plasma Assisted Autologous Fat Facial Transplantation

目的探究富血小板血浆(Platelet-Rich Plasma,PRP)辅助自体脂肪面部移植的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将我院2022年1月-2023年6月收治的需行面部年轻化治疗的患者60例分为两组,各30例。对照组采用自体脂肪颗粒填充,研究组采用PRP注射联合自体脂肪颗粒填充,术后行3个月随访。对比两组皮肤老化症状改善情况、面部改善效果、并发症。结果治疗前,两组颞部及额部皮下脂肪厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组颞部及额部皮下脂肪厚度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组面部改善优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PRP辅助自体脂肪面部移植能够有效改善行面部年轻化治疗患者皮肤老化症状,利于提升脂肪存活率,且术后并发症发生率较低,安全可靠,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in assisting autologous fat facial transplantation.Methods A total of 60 patients who need facial rejuvenation treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group was fifilled with autologous fat particles,the study group was fifilled with PRP injection combined with autologous fat particles,and 3 months follow-up was performed.The improvement of skin aging symptoms,facial improvement effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no signifificant difference in subcutaneous fat thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the thickness of subcutaneous fat in temporal and forehead of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The rate of facial improvement in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PRP assisted autologous fat face transplantation can effectively improve the skin aging symptoms of patients undergoing facial rejuvenation treatment,improve the survival rate of fat,and the incidence of postoperative complications is low,safe and reliable,worthy of promotion and application.
