腋皱襞平行双切口与横切口治疗腋臭的临床疗效比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Clinical Efficacy Between Parallel Double Incision and Transverse Incision in the Treatment of Axillary Malodor

目的比较采取腋皱襞平行双切口和横切口行腋臭手术的疗效。方法选取在莆田福德医院整形外科接受手术治疗的腋臭80例患者,按照切口选择不同分为对照组(平行双切口)和观察组(横切口),比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组瘀斑消退时间(5.30±1.25)d,愈合时间(10.14±2.46)d,短于对照组[瘀斑消退时间(7.26±1.15)d,愈合时间(12.84±2.80)d](P<0.05)。观察组皮下瘀斑6例(15.00%),切口裂开1例(2.50%),未见血肿、感染,合计7例(17.50%),少于对照组[皮下瘀斑11例(27.50%),血肿2例(5.00%),切口裂开2例(5.00%),感染1例(2.50%),合计16例(40.00%)](P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率(92.50%)和对照组(90.00%)对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组复发率对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论腋皱平行双切口和横切口均能达到良好疗效,术后复发率较低,无明显差异。但平行双切口并发症更多,术后愈合时间长,康复速度较慢,对患者术后生活质量带来一定影响。因此建议优先选择横切口进行手术,在并发症和术后康复速度上具有一定优势。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of using parallel double incisions and transverse incisions in the treatment of underarm odor surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with axillary odor who underwent surgical treatment in Putian Fude Hospitalwere randomly selected and divided into a control group(parallel double incision)and an observation group(transverse incision),and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result The observation group had a shorter time for the disappearance of ecchymosis(5.30±1.25)days and healing(10.14±2.46)days compared to the control group[ecchymosis disappearance time(7.26±1.15)days and healing time(12.84±2.80)days](P<0.05).In the observation group,there were 6 cases of subcutaneous ecchymosis(15.00%)and 1 case of incision rupture(2.50%),with no hematoma or infection observed,totaling 7 cases(17.50%),which was lower than the control group[11 cases of subcutaneous ecchymosis(27.50%),2 cases of hematoma(5.00%),2 cases of incision rupture(5.00%),and 1 case of infection(2.50%),totaling 16 cases(40.00%)](P<0.05).There was no statistically fisignificant difference in the effective rate of treatment between the observation group(92.50%)and the control group(90.00%)(P>fi0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both parallel double incisions and transverse incisions of the axillary fold can achieve good therapeutic effects,with a low postoperative recurrence rate and no significant difference.However,parallel double incisions have more complications,longer postoperative healing time,and slower recovery speed,which have a certain impact on the quality of life of patients after surgery.Therefore,it is recommended to prioritize choosing a transverse incision for surgery,as it has certain advantages in terms of complications and postoperative recovery speed.
