半夏泻心汤联合四味黄连洗剂治疗轻中度脾胃湿热型玫瑰痤疮的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with Siwei Huanglian Lotion in Treatment of Mild and Moderate Acne Rosacea with Syndrome of Spleen-Stomach Damp-Heat

目的观察半夏泻心汤联合四味黄连洗剂治疗轻中度脾胃湿热型玫瑰痤疮(Acne Rosacea,AR)患者的临床效果。方法筛选2021年4月至2023年4月南通市通州区中医院收治轻中度AR患者共计98例,根据不同治疗方法分入对照组与治疗组,每组选入49例。对照组患者予盐酸米诺环素胶囊,每次50 mg,每日2次。治疗组患者常规药物同对照组,并增服半夏泻心汤联合四味黄连洗剂。两组连续观察4个月。比较两组轻中度AR患者皮损评分、治疗效果以及皮肤生理指数。结果4个月疗程结束后,两组AR患者的红斑、毛细血管扩张以及丘疹及脓疱评分减少,同时治疗组AR患者上述指标评分减少更显著(P<0.05);4个月疗程结束后,治疗组AR患者的总有效率(93.88%)显著高于对照组患者(77.55%)(P<0.05);4个月疗程结束后,两组AR患者的皮损区域红斑指数、经皮水分丢失、皮肤油脂减少,角质层含水量升高,并且治疗组AR患者以上指标改善更优(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤联合四味黄连洗剂治疗轻中度脾胃湿热型AR的临床效果显著,能有效可改善患者的皮损症状,促进皮肤生理功能进一步好转。

Objective To analyze the effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction plus Siwei Huanglian lotion in treatment of mild and moderate acne rosacea(AR)with syndrome of spleen-stomach damp-heat.Methods A total of 98 cases of mild to moderate AR admitted to Nantong Tongzhou District hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from April of 2021 to April of 2023 were screened and divided into control group and treatment group according to different treatment method with 49 cases in each group.Control group was given with minocycline hydrochloride capsule with 50 mg twice a day.Based on the control group,the treatment group were treated with conventional drugs and Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Siwei Huanglian lotion.Both groups were observed continuously for 4 months.The skin lesion score,therapeutic effect and skin physiological index were compared between the two groups of mild to moderate AR cases.Results After 4 months of treatment,the scores of erythema,telangiectasia,papules and pustules of AR cases in two groups were decreased,and the scores of above indexes of AR cases for treatment group were evidently lower(P<0.05).After 4 months’treatment,total effective rate for AR cases for treatment group(93.88%)was evidently higher than control group(77.55%)(P<0.05).After 4 months of treatment,the erythema index,transcutaneous water loss,skin oil were reduced,and the water content of stratum corneum was increased in two groups of AR cases,and the improvement of the above indicators for treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion fiThe efficacy of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with Siwei Huanglian lotion in treatment of mild and moderate AR cases with syndrome of spleen-stomach damp-heat is evident,can effectively improve the patient's skin lesion symptoms,and promote the further improvement of skin physiological function.
