摘要
针对传统的装配式建筑管理中存在管理水平粗糙、精细化程度低等问题,研究运用BIM及相关信息技术建立基于BIM相关信息技术的建设项目安全风险管理平台,并设计建筑项目对比实验。研究结果显示未使用BIM技术进行安全管理的3#装配式建筑安全等级为三级,综合确定度为0.65325,而使用BIM技术进行安全管理的5#装配式建筑安全等级为四级,综合确定度为0.7190。综上所述BIM技术能实现装配式建筑建设项目的安全管理的优化,减少施工工程中的事故风险,保障人员的生命安全和财产安全。
In view of the problems of rough management level and low level of refinement in tradi-tional assembled building management,this paper studies the use of BIM and related information tech-nology to establish a safety risk management platform for construction projects based on BIM related in-formation technology,and designs comparative experiments for construction projects.The research re-sults show that the safety grade of 3# assembled building without BIM technology for safety manage-ment is Grade II,with a comprehensive certainty of 0.65325,while the safety grade of 5# assembled building with BIM technology for safety management is Grade IV,with a comprehensive certainty of 0.7190.To sum up,BIM technology can optimize the safety management of prefabricated building con-struction projects,reduce the risk of accidents in construction projects,and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
