教育、科技、人才三个基本社会事项,在中国式现代化的推进与拓展中发挥着重要作用。教育、科技、人才一体推进,是现代化建设的一种全新认识向度。教育、科技、人才一体推进的价值定位,体现了与“战略部署”相统一的价值情怀、凸显了与“高质量发展”相适应的价值理念、彰显了与“高品质生活”相衔接的价值诉求。教育、科技、人才一体推进在不同的层面上有着不同的价值目标,国家、政党以及个人层面的价值目标,分别是建成社会主义现代化强国、建成坚强有力的马克思主义执政党以及满足人民对高品质生活的期待。“创新”“协同”“党的领导”是认识教育、科技、人才一体推进价值实现的三个关键点。“创新”作为实现三者良性互动的最大公约数、“协同”作为三者一体推进的重要手段,在党的坚强有力领导下,有助于凝聚“最大公约数”、绘就“最大同心圆”。

The three basic social issues of education,science and technology,and human resources play an important role in the promotion and expansion of Chinese-style modernization.The integration of education,science and technology,and talents is a new perspective of modernization.The value positioning of educa-tion,science and technology,and talent integration reflects the value feelings that are unified with“stra-tegic deployment”,highlights the value concept that is compatible with“high-quality development”,and highlights the value demands that are connected with“high-quality life”.The integrated promotion of educa-tion,science and technology,and talents has different value goals at different levels,and the value goals at the national,political party,and individual levels are to build a strong modern socialist country,build a strong Marxist ruling party,and meet the people’s expectations for a high quality of life.“Innovation”,“collaboration”and“Party leadership”are the three key points to realize the value of education,science and technology and talents.“Innovation”as the greatest common divisor to achieve the positive interaction of the three,“synergy”as an important means to promote the integration of the three,under the strong lead-ership of the Party,help to condense the“greatest common divisor”and draw the“greatest concentric circle”.
