海洋经济高质量发展指标体系构建及实证分析——基于2006-2020年山东省宏观统计数据

Construction and Empirical Analysis of High Quality Development Index System of Ocean Economy——Based on Macro Statistics of Shandong Province 2006-2020

海洋是山东省的最大优势,其海洋资源充裕,地理位置优越,经济长期处于中国的领先地位,研究山东省海洋经济高质量发展,对山东省的经济发展具有重大的现实意义。本文基于2006-2020年的有关统计资料构建了海洋经济发展质量评估指标,并利用熵权法估算指数权重以做出较为全面的大数据分析。研究发现,山东省目前在海洋科技发展以及产业结构等方面存在着产业结构单一,第一、第二产业生产技术落后,生态环境加剧恶化,缺乏科技创新,海洋经济发展效率过慢等问题。同时,针对研究结论,本文提出积极将山东的发展融入到全国的发展战略中来,提高海洋科研创新能力、加强自然环境保护等对策建议。

The ocean is the biggest advantage in Shandong Province,sufficient marine resources,superior geographical position,long-term leading position in China,and study high-quality development of high-quality development in Shandong Province,which is significant for the economic development of Shandong Province.Based on the 2006-2020 related statistics,built the marine economic development quality assess-ment indicators,and used the entropy rights method to estimate the index weights to make more comprehensive large data analysis.The study found that there is a large shortage in Shandong Province’s current develop-ment and industrial structure;the industrial structure is single,first and secondary industrial produc-tion technology backward.Also accompanying the ecological environment to exacerbate deterioration,lack of scientific and technological innovation,and too slow economic development efficiency.At the same time,for the study conclusions,it is proposed to actively integrate Shandong’s development in the national develop-ment strategy;strengthen the ability of marine scientific research and innovation,strengthen the protec-tion of natural environment and other countermeasures.
