“双碳”背景下云南省旅游业与生态环境耦合协调发展研究

Research on the Coupling and Coordinated Development of Tourism and Ecological Environment in Yunnan Province Under the Background of“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals”

摘要 基于旅游业与生态环境耦合作用机理分析框架,以碳排放概念为切入点构建评价指标体系,借助耦合协调度模型对云南省2008—2019年旅游业与生态环境耦合协调水平进行测度分析,并探讨其对旅游业碳排放的影响。结果显示:(1)云南省旅游业发展水平整体上逐年稳步增长,生态环境综合评价指数呈现出从小幅度波动到稳定向好的演变特征;(2)系统耦合协调水平表现为从“轻度失调”到“良好协调”的逐级向好发展;(3)从相对发展状况来看,二者呈现出从旅游业滞后—同步发展—生态环境滞后的演化历程;(4)系统协调水平、社会经济发展水平、服务业发展水平以及城镇化水平对旅游业碳排放强度的影响均为负向;能源结构、对外开放水平的影响为正向影响。 Based on the analysis framework of the coupling mechanism between tourism and ecological environment,the evaluation index system is constructed with the concept of carbon emissions as the starting point,and the coupling coordination level of tourism and ecological environment in Yunnan Province from 2008 to 2019 is measured and analyzed with the coupling coordination degree model,and its impact on tourism carbon emissions is discussed.The results show that:(1)The overall level of tourism development in Yunnan Province has increased steadily year by year,and the comprehensive evaluation index of ecological environment has shown an evolution feature from smallfluctuation to stable to good;(2)The level of coupling and coordination of the system shows a gradual improvement from“slight imbalance”to“good coordination”;(3)From the perspective of relative development,the two have shown an evolution process from tourism lag-synchronous development-ecological environment lag;(4)The impact of system coordination level,social and economic development level,service industry development level and urbanization level on tourism carbon emission intensity is negative;The impact of energy structure and the level of opening-up is positive.
