目的 探索适合中国国情的创伤中心建设模式。方法 基于系统工程和工程管理理论,对创伤中心建设所需要素进行归纳和分析,将有关要素进行分离,再把分离后的各要素进行集成,并通过数学模型分析集成化创伤中心建设模式的比较优势。结果 集成化创伤中心的模式在系统分析角度更加简洁,便于分析,在进行改进的时候更加容易干预。要素的分离使得创伤救治更加专业化,而集成化有利于提供高效率的医疗服务,为患者争取抢救时间。结论 基于系统工程和工程管理理论指导在医院创伤中心建设具有现实意义,集成化创伤中心可以使医院创伤中心的运行与管理更加专业和高效,可以加快创伤救治响应速度、缩短创伤救治时间,增加质量管理与改进的可操作性。

Objective The construction of hospital trauma center is the key to improve the national trauma care system.This study intends to explore the construction mode of trauma center suitable for China's national conditions.Methods Based on the theory of system engineering and engineering management,this study summarizes an delves into the essential elements necessary for the establishment of trauma centers.The pertinent elements are then segregated for a clearer understanding,followed by their integration to create a cohesive framework.Through mathematical modeling,a comparative analysis is conduct to assess the advantages of the integrated trauma center construction model.Results The integrated construction mode of trauma center provides a more concise and straightforward framework for analysis from a system perspective,simplifying the process of identifying and intervening for improvements.Trauma treatment becomes more specialized and targeted by elements segregating,while integration enables the provision of efficient medical service,ultimately striving precious rescue time for patients.Conclusion It shows practical significance to use the theory of system engineering and engineering management in guiding the construction of hospital trauma centers.Integrated trauma centers are more professional and efficient in operation and management,which enhance response speed and shorten treatment time in trauma workflow,concurrently promote the feasibility of quality management and improvemen.
