智能化学伤模拟人教学训练系统的构建与应用

摘要 目的 探讨智能化学伤模拟人的构建方法及其在防化医学实战化教学中的应用。方法 以生理驱动型战创伤模拟人为基础,构建化学中毒后的伤情动态演化数据库和救治干预反馈数据库,开发学生和教师应用的可视化操作系统,形成可应用于防化医学救援训练的智能化学伤模拟人。结果 构建了一套“伤情与救治一体化,训练与考核一体化”的智能化学伤模拟人,不仅能够逼真再现多种复杂的化学中毒伤情,还可与常见临床救治设备实现联动,具有高度的仿真性、智能性和便捷性,极大地提升了防化医学实战化教学质量。结论 智能化学伤模拟人训练系统为化学中毒救治实战化训练提供了有力工具,为培养防化医学人才提供了新思路。 Objective To explore the construction method of an intelligent chemical injury simulator and its application in practical teaching of chemical warfare medicine.Methods An intelligent simulation system for medical rescue training of chemical casualties was developed based on the war injury simulator.A dynamic chemical injury database and rescue response feedback database were established,and then a visual operating system for students and teachers was developed.Results We have developed smart chemical injury simulator that can simulate chemical injuries and medical training.This simulator can achieve the integration of injury and treatment,as well as the integration of training and assessment.It has the characteristics of high simulation,intelligence,and convenience,which greatly improves the training quality of chemical defense medicine.Conclusion The intelligent chemical injury simulator provides a powerful tool for cultivating the chemical rescue talents.
