战地帐篷急诊手术实践与体会

Practice and experience of emergency operation in battle field tent

目的 探讨应用战地帐篷建立急诊手术室开展战地急诊手术,完成伤病员救治工作的实施方法及经验。方法 根据战地帐篷急诊手术室的任务、物资和人员配备,科学合理完成手术室的布局和搭建,制定战地帐篷急诊手术救治流程并根据训练内容进行战地帐篷急诊手术演习。分别对动物手术模型及伤员手术模型的救治流程、救治时间及救治效果等进行总结及分析。结果 战地帐篷急诊手术室物资及人员配置、手术室布局及搭建、手术室救治流程及实施等科学规范,充分满足战地伤员救治工作的需求。八次战地帐篷急诊手术演习效果,达到了演习预案设计的安全高效基本目标。所带物资器械药品完全可以满足原定目标。结论 野战手术组充足的医护人员及抢救物资配置是战地急诊手术顺利完成的基本保障;强化洁净手术室理念以防止和减少交叉感染是提高伤员救治成功率的重要保障。通过“一专多能、交叉换岗”严格训练的医疗队员完全胜任自身专业要求的同时,紧急状态下还可胜任其他专业的工作,在节省人力资源的前提下更有利于保障战地救治工作的顺利开展。

Objective To explore the implementation methods and experiences of using battlefield tents to establish emergency operating room for battlefield emergency surgery and to complete the treatment of wounded and sick patients.Methods Based on the tasks,materials,and personnel requirements of the battlefield tent emergency surgical room,the layout and setup of the surgical room were scientifically and reasonably completed.The emergency surgical treatment process was established and emergency surgical exercises in the battlefield tents were conducted according to the training content.The treatment process,treatment time,and treatment effect of animal surgical models and wounded surgical models were summarized and analyzed respectively.Results The scientific and standardized allocation of materials and personnel,layout and construction of the emergency operating room,as well as the treatment process and implementation of the operating room,fully meet the needs of the treatment of wounded soldiers in the battlefield.The results of eight battlefield tent emergency surgical exercises met the basic objectives of safety and efficiency as designed in the exercise plan.The materials,equipment,and drugs carried could fully meet the original goals.Conclusion Adequate medical staff and rescue supplies in the field operation team are the basic guarantee for the smooth completion of emergency surgery in the field.The concept of clean operating rooms should be strengthened to prevent and reduce cross infection which is an important guarantee for improving the success rate of patient treatment.Medical team members who have undergone strict training in "one specialty,multiple abilities,and cross job changes" are not only fully capable of meeting their own professional requirements,but also capable of handling other professional tasks in emergency situations.This is more conducive to ensuring the smooth progress of battlefield treatment work while saving human resources.
