调控型非编码RNAs在急性肾损伤中的研究进展

Research progress of regulatory non-coding RNAs in acute kidney injury

核酸可以影响不同生物系统的正常和病理状态,核酸标志物对多种肾脏疾病(包括急性肾损伤)的发病机制、治疗及预后有重要价值。非编码RNAs (Non-coding RNAs,ncRNAs)是在RNA水平而非蛋白质水平发挥作用的基因组转录物,新兴研究表明调控型非编码RNAs对急性肾损伤的发病机制及治疗起重要作用。本文重点综述调控型非编码RNAs在急性肾损伤中的研究进展。

Nucleic acid can affect the normal and pathological state of different biological systems,and nucleic acid markers are of great value to the pathogenesis,treatment,and prognosis of various kidney diseases(including acute kidney injury).Non-coding RNAs are genomic transcripts that play a role at the RNA level rather than the protein level.With the continuous development of new research,it is found that they play an important role in the pathogenesis and treatment of acute kidney injury(AKI).This review focuses on the research progress of regulatory noncoding RNAs in AKI.
