摘要
采用自由基聚合法合成混凝土增粘剂,探究增粘剂的最佳合成工艺,对不同羧基密度的混凝土增粘剂的性能进行测试。结果表明,羧基密度越高的聚合物在水泥颗粒上的吸附容量越高,但吸附容量过高的聚合物会和聚羧酸减水剂产生竞争吸附,降低水泥净浆的流动度;基于最优工艺制备的NC-ZN420增粘剂能有效降低混凝土的泌水量,增加混凝土的粘度,增粘剂的使用对混凝土的强度发展没有明显影响。
Concrete tackifiers were synthesized by free radical polymerization,the optimal synthesis process of tackifiers was investigated,and the performance of concrete tackifiers with different carboxyl group densities was tested.The experimental results show that the higher the carboxyl group density,the higher the adsorption capacity of the polymer on the cement particles,but the polymer with too high adsorption capacity will compete with the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent to adsorb,reducing the flow of the cement paste.Based on the optimal process of the preparation of the NC-ZN420 viscosity builder can effectively reduce the amount of water secretion of the concrete,increase the viscosity of the concrete,viscosity of the concrete,viscosity builder used in the development of the strength of concrete does not have a significant effect.
