摘要
为了探讨道路交通标线涂料在不同环境条件下的性能表现以及对应的检测方法,围绕热塑性涂料、溶剂型涂料、水性涂料的耐磨性、耐水性和耐碱性进行了测试与评估,其中,热塑性涂料整体性能最优,适合在各种环境条件下使用,溶剂型涂料在某些测试中略显不足,但仍有较好的实用性,水性涂料需要在配方和应用技术上优化,以满足更高的环境适应性要求。
In order to explore the performance and corresponding detection methods of road traffic marking paint under different environmental conditions,tests and evaluations are conducted on the abrasion resistance,water resistance and alkali resistance of thermoplastic paint,solvent-based paint and water-based paint.The results show that the overall performance of thermoplastic paint is the best,and it is suitable for use under various environmental conditions.Solventbased paint is slightly inadequate in some tests,but still has good practicability.And water-based paint needs to be further optimized in formulation and application technology to meet the requirements of higher environmental adaptability.
