螺杆式水蒸气压缩机性能分析及优化技术发展

摘要 相比其他类型水蒸气压缩机,螺杆式水蒸气压缩机具有动力平衡性好、适应性强、可实现较高压比等优势,但是这对其安全稳定性、密封性能等提出了更高的要求。本文从螺杆式水蒸气压缩机的应用场合、性能分析、优化技术3个方面对现有相关研究进行总结,并在此基础上分析螺杆式水蒸气压缩机的优化改进方向。 Compared to other types of water vapor compressors,screw water vapor compressors have significant advantages such as good power balance,strong adaptability and the ability to achieve higher pressure ratios,while higher requirements are placed on their safety,stability and sealing performance,The existing relevant studies are summa rized from the aspeets of application scenarios,performance analysis and optimization techniques of screw water vapor compressors.On this basis,the optimization and im-provement directions of screw water vapor compressors are looked forward.
