摘要
研制基于CAN通信的电动汽车用制冷剂压缩机试验装置及其测控软件,该套系统分为耐久性试验装置测控系统和性能试验装置测控系统,耐久试验装置采用气环法测试,性能试验装置采用第二制冷剂量热器法和制冷剂液体流量计法测试。测试结果表明,与手动控制相比,自动控制能够提高压缩机转速等参数的控制精度和实时性,输入功率和制冷量的测量准确度分别提升5.11%和5.53%。
One test equipment and measurement&control software for electric vehicle refrigerant compressor is developed based on CAN communication,This system is classi fied into two major categories:durability and performance test equipment with measure ment&,control system,The durability test equipment operates using the gas loop method,and the performance test equipment operates using the second refrigerant calo rimeter method and the refrigerant liquid flow meter method,The test results show that compared with the manual control mode,the automatic control mode has significant im provement in control accuracy and real-time performance of parameters such as compre ssor speed,and the measurement accuracy of input power and cooling capacity are im proved by 5.11%and 5.53%respectively.
