国际劳动教育研究的知识版图、论域与启示——基于WOS数据库核心文献的实证分析

Knowledge Territory,Scope and Enlightenments of International Labor Education Research——Empirical Analysis Based on Core Literature of WOS Database

在党和国家高度重视劳动教育和劳动育人的背景下,探寻国际劳动教育研究的热点和发展趋势具有十分重要的意义。运用Citespace文献分析工具,对2000-2023年Web of Science数据库收录的1055篇有关劳动教育的核心文献进行实证分析发现,从2009年起,国际劳动教育研究的文献迅速增长,2017年至今,年均发文量超过60篇。美国学者在该领域的发文量最高,英国、德国、中国、澳大利亚、西班牙和巴西也是劳动教育研究的重要国家。从发文期刊来看,《社会和行为科学》《教育经济学评论》《高等教育》和《应用经济学》等期刊发文量位居前列。研究热点主要包括劳动教育理念及相关政策、劳动教育与个体成长、劳动教育课程与师资建设、劳动教育与劳动力市场、劳动教育与经济社会之间的关系研究等方面。其中高被引论文的研究主题主要集中在劳动教育与劳动力市场之间的关系研究方面,说明了学术研究的实践导向。基于此,我国继续深化劳动教育研究的方向是:加强劳动教育的政策体系研究,加强对劳动教育实施效果和劳动力市场问题的研究,加强劳动课程体系和劳动师资问题的研究,加强劳动教育的实证研究。

Under the background that the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the national education department attach great importance to labor education,it is very important to explore the hot spots and development trends of international labor education research.This paper uses Citespace literature analysis tool to make an empirical analysis of 1055 core literature on labor education collected in Web of Science database from 2000 to 2023.The study found that,the literature on international labor education research has increased rapidly since 2009,and from 2017 to now,the average annual number of articles has exceeded 60.American scholars have made the most significant research in this field and published the highest number of papers.Britain,Germany,China,Australia,Spain and Brazil are also important countries in labor education research.In terms of journals that publish relevant papers,Social and Behavioral Sciences,Review of Educational Economics,Higher Education,and Applied Economics are among the top journals in terms of number of publications.In terms of research hotspots,it mainly includes the concept of labor education and related policies,labor education and individual growth,labor education curriculum and teacher construction,labor education and labor market,labor education and the relationship between economy and society.Among them,the research topic of the most cited papers mainly focuses on the relationship between labor education and labor market,indicating the practical orientation of academic research.Based on this,China's academic circles can further deepen the following directions of labor education research:strengthen the labor education policy system research,strengthen the labor education implementation effect and labor market research,strengthen the labor curriculum system and labor teachers research,strengthen the labor education empirical research.
