化学介质对PPR管材性能的影响

摘要 在(23±2)℃、相对湿度(50±5)%条件下,用化学介质酸、碱、盐对采用不同配方、相同工艺生产的3种PPR管材进行处理,并通过红外光谱分析、冲击强度试验、氧化诱导时间和熔体质量流动速率试验分析微观结构和管材性能的变化。结果表明,酸、碱、盐导致PPR管材分子规整性及分子结晶度降低,冲击强度提高,熔体质量流动速率降低,发生了不同程度的氧化,氧化诱导时间缩短。酸、碱、盐对1#管材冲击强度和氧化诱导时间影响最大,对3#管材熔体质量流动速率影响最大。 Under the conditions of(23±2)℃and relative humidity of(50±5)%,three types of PPR pipes produced using different formulas and the same process were treated with different chemical media(acid,alkali,and salt).Conduct infrared spectroscopy analysis,impact strength test,oxidation induction time and melt mass flow rate test on the pipes,and analyze the changes in microstructure and pipe properties.The results showed that acid,alkali,and salt caused a decrease in the molecular regularity and crystallinity of PPR pipes,resulting in an increase in impact strength and a decrease in melt mass flow rate.PPR pipes underwent varying degrees of oxidation,and the oxidation induction time was shortened.Acid,alkali,and salt have the greatest impact on the impact strength of 1#pipe,and have the greatest impact on the melt mass flow rate and oxidation induction time of 3#pipe.
