维生素与糖尿病视网膜病变的相关性

The correlation between vitamin and diabetic retinopathy

糖尿病会引起糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR),是成人失明和低视力的重要原因。随着生活水平的改善、诊断技术的革新与就诊意识的提升,目前DR发病率逐渐上升,成为当前面临的一个重要的世界公共卫生问题。有研究表明,维生素与DR密切相关。维生素A、B_(1)、B_(2)、B_(3)、B_(6)、B_(9)、B_(12)、C、D、E、K的缺乏都有可能导致或加重DR。检测体内某些维生素含量可能对DR的诊断和分期有所帮助,而补充维生素可能缓解DR病情进展。本文探索了维生素对DR的影响,旨在为DR提供一种新的诊疗思路。

Diabetes causes diabetic retinopathy (DR),which is an important cause of blindness and low vision in adults.With the improvement of living standard,the innovation of diagnostic technology and the awareness of medical consultation,the incidence of DR is gradually increasing,which has become an important public health problem in the world.Studies have shown that vitamin is closely related to DR.Deficiencies of vitamins A,B_(1),B_(2),B_(3),B_(6),B_(9),B_(12),C,D,E and K may cause or exacerbate DR.Detecting levels of certain vitamins in the body may help in the diagnosis and staging of DR,while vitamin supplementation may alleviate DR.This work investigates the correlation between vitamin and DR,with the aim of providing a new way of diagnosis and treatment for DR.
