基于SEC的课程评价与课程标准的一致性研究

摘要 为了进一步发挥课程标准在教学评价中的指导作用,本研究对生物制药技术专业2021-2022年“生物化学与分子生物学”期末试卷与课程标准之间的一致性关系进行了深入研究。采用比较研究法、归纳法、数理统计法以及实施课程调查(survey of the enacted curriculum,SEC)模式等多种方法,详细分析了试卷与课程标准之间的一致性情况。研究结果表明:从整体来看,2021年期末试卷与课程标准呈现出显著的统计学一致性;然而,2022年期末试卷与课程标准未能达到显著统计学一致性的要求。就内容主题而言,在两个考查年份中,“蛋白质化学”“核酸化学”和“氨基酸代谢”是重点考查领域,并且其在试卷中所占比例高于课程标准要求。就认知水平而言,“记住”层次低于课程标准要求,相对降低了10.4%~14.0%;而“应用”和“分析”层次均超过了课程标准要求,最大超出值为13.1%。此项研究成果不仅加强了对教学评价与课程标准一致性的研究,还为制定课程标准、提升教师教学质量、培养学生自主学习能力以及建设更全面的试题库资源提供了有力依据。 In order to further enhance the guiding role of curriculum standards in teaching evaluation, this study conducted an in-depth investigation into the consistency between the final exam paper and the curriculum standards for the “Biochemistry and Molecular Biology” course in the Biopharmaceutical Technology major for the academic year 2021-2022. Various scientific methods such as comparative research,induction method, mathematical statistics, and survey of the enacted curriculum(SEC) model were employed to analyze the consistency between the exam paper and curriculum standards in detail. The research results indicate that, at an overall level, there is a significant statistical consistency between the 2021 final exam paper and curriculum standards;however, this statistical significance was not achieved with regard to the 2022 final exam paper. In terms of content themes, “protein chemistry” “nucleic acid chemistry” and “amino acid metabolism” are key areas of examination in both years, with their proportions on the exam paper exceeding those required by curriculum standards. As for cognitive level, the memory level falls below the requirements of the curriculum standards, resulting in a relative decrease of 10.4% to 14.0%. However, both application and analysis levels surpass the curriculum standards, with a maximum excess percentage reaching 13.1%. This research not only strengthens the study on the consistency between teaching evaluation and curriculum standards, but also provides a solid basis for formulating curriculum standards, enhancing teacher's teaching quality, cultivating students' independent learning abilities, and constructing more comprehensive question bank resources.
