特殊儿童知识转化为“理解儿童”素养的教师教育课程优化逻辑

摘要 随着融合教育的深入推进,进入普通学校、幼儿园等各级各类学校的特殊儿童数量持续增长,这一群体的身心特点和行为特征对普校教师的教育实践带来挑战。鉴于此,培养师范生的高等院校应积极开展人才培养方案中教师教育课程的优化改革,并从实践层面促进师范生将特殊儿童知识转化为“理解儿童”素养,推动融合教育的有效实施。 As inclusive education continues to advance,the number of special needs children entering regular schools,kindergartens,and various educational institutions is steadily increasing.The physical and behavioral characteristics of this group present challenges to the educational practices of regular school teachers.In light of this,higher education institutions that train future teachers should actively optimize and reform teacher education courses in their talent cultivation programs.This will help in transforming the knowledge about special needs children into the competency of"understanding children,"thereby promoting the effective implementation of inclusive education.
