齐沙枢纽互通主线桥85 m钢-混组合梁设计

Design of 85 m Steel-Concrete Composite Beam for Main Bridge of Qisha Hub Interchange

摘要 狮子洋通道工程积极推广钢-混凝土组合结构桥梁的运用,对于50 m≤L≤60 m的常规跨径桥梁,采用了标准化设计的钢-混凝土组合结构;对于60 m<L≤85m的较大跨径桥梁,也较大范围地采用了特殊设计的钢-混凝土组合结构桥梁。以齐沙枢纽互通主线桥85m跨径的钢-混凝土组合结构桥梁的设计为例,分析了钢-混凝土组合桥梁的桥型特点、关键技术以及对大跨径的适应性,介绍了大跨钢-混凝土组合桥梁的典型断面布置、设计原则及构造细节,比较了钢-混凝土组合桥梁的不同施工方法的优缺点以及对结构受力的影响。 The use of steel concrete composite structures for bridges of the Shiziyang Link Project is actively promoted.For conventional span bridges with a length of 50<L<60 m,standardized steel concrete composite structures are used.For larger span bridges with a length of 60 m<L<85 m,specially designed steel concrete composite structures are also widely used.In the paper,the design of the 85m steel-concrete composite bridge of the main bridge of the Qisha Hub Interchange is taken as an example to introduce the advantages and disadvantages of the steel-concrete composite bridge type and its adaptability to large spans.The typical section layout,design principles,and structural details of large-span steel concrete composite bridges are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of different construction methods for steel concrete composite bridges as well as their impact on structural stress are compared.
