摘要
以单元的应变能灵敏度为优化准则,利用ANSYS APDL语言二次开发了混凝土深梁构件拓扑优化方法。通过舍弃掉单元应变能灵敏度较低,对结构荷载刚度贡献较小的单元,最终优化得到结构的关键受力桁架;并通过双开洞深梁进行了结构拓扑优化演算验证。结果表明,拓扑优化算法能很好地反映实际结构试验中的传力路径及应力分布,可为深梁结构的配束设计提供参考依据。
Based on the strain energy sensitivity of the element as the optimization criterion,the topology optimization method of the concrete deep beam is developed by ANSYS APDL language.The key stress trusses of the structure are optimized by discarding the elements with low strain energy sensitivity and LESS contribution to the load stiffness of the structure.The optimization of structure topology is verified by double hole deep beam.The results show that the topology optimization algorithm can reflect the load path and stress distribution of the structure,and provide a reference for the design of deep beam structure.
