摘要
目的:探讨冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后服药依从性(MA)的影响因素.方法:选取2022年1月至2023年6月本院收治的100例PCI冠心病患者为研究对象.根据《Morisky服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)》调查结果,将其分为MA差组(n=62,MMAS-8评分为0~6分)与MA良好组(n=38,MMAS-8评分为≥6~8分).采用多因素非条件Logistics回归分析可能导致患者MA差的独立影响因素.结果:MA差组患者年龄(≥60岁)、合并基础疾病(是)、自我效能(低水平)、社会支持(低水平)占比,均高于MA良好组患者,MA差组患者药物素养量表评分,显著低于MA良好组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).多因素非条件Logistics回归分析结果显示,年龄(≥60岁)、合并基础疾病(是)、自我效能(低水平)、社会支持(低水平)及药物素养(评分低),均是导致冠心病患者PCI后MA差的独立影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05).结论:年龄(≥60岁)、合并基础疾病(是)、自我效能(低水平)、社会支持(低水平)及药物素养(评分低),均是冠心病患者PCI后MA的影响因素.
Objective:To explore influencing factors of medication adherence(MA)of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease treated by PCI in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as research subjects in this study.According to Morisky medication compliance questionnaire(MMAS-8)investigated,they were divided into poor MA group(n=62,MMAS-8 score was 0-6 points)and good MA group(n=38,MMAS-8 score was≥6-8 points).The risk factors that may lead to poor MA in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were investigated by multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis.Results:The proportion of age(≥60 years old),combined underlying diseases(yes),self-efficacy(low level),and social support(low level)in the poor MA group were higher than those in the good MA group;The score of drug literacy scale in poor MA group was lower than that in good MA group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate unconditional logistics regression analysis results showed that age(≥60 years old),combined underlying diseases(yes),self-efficacy(low level),social support(low level)and drug literacy score(low level)were the risk factors leading to poor MA in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:Age(≥60 years old),underlying disease(yes),self-efficacy(low level),social support(low level)and drug literacy score(low level)are the factors that affect MA in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
