全程护理干预联合排气康复训练在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的效果

Effect of Full Course Nursing Intervention Combined with Exhaust Rehabilitation Training on Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:探讨全程护理干预联合排气康复训练在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2022年6月至2023年6月于本院接受全程护理干预联合排气康复训练干预的60例LC患者作为研究对象,并纳入观察组.另选取2021年5月至2022年5月于本院接受全程护理干预的60例LC患者作为对照组.比较两组患者术后相关指标、肩部疼痛情况及并发症发生率.结果:观察组患者术后首次进食时间、首次如厕时间和首次下床活动时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与术后1d比较,两组患者术后2d、3d的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均持续降低,并且观察组患者术后2d、3d的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:全程护理干预联合排气康复训练干预更有利于LC患者术后恢复,并且疼痛更轻、并发症更少.

Objective:To explore the effect of full course nursing intervention combined with exhaust rehabilitation training on patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:A total of 60 LC patients who received full course nursing intervention combined with exhaust rehabilitation training intervention in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected in this study and included in observation group.In addition,60 LC patients who received full course nursing intervention in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as control group.The postoperative related indicators,shoulder pain,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Observation group had shorter postoperative first eating time,first toileting time,and first time getting out of bed activity compared to control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared to the postoperative day 1,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)of both groups continued to decrease on the 2nd and 3rd days after operation,and the VAS score of observation group on the 2nd and 3rd days after operation was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of full course nursing intervention and exhaust rehabilitation training intervention is more beneficial for postoperative recovery of LC patients,with less pain and lower incidence of complications.
