摘要
本文基于贵阳市2010-2020年的时间序列数据,运用熵值法与变异系数法组合赋权(TOPSIS)对贵阳市智慧城市建设与绿色发展进行耦合协调研究。结果表明,贵阳市的智慧城市建设与绿色发展的综合水平呈上升趋势,两者的发展水平差距呈波动状态,有缩小的趋势;智慧城市建设与绿色发展的耦合度一直高于耦合协调度,随着耦合协调度的逐渐变大,两者的差距有缩小的趋势。两系统之间的耦合协调性有待进一步提升,为实现两系统间更高水平的相互协调和相互促进,本文提出从工程技术主导转变为绿色技术创新的发展动力转型和从经济增量目标转变为绿色增量为目标的发展方向转型的两个对策建议。
Based on the time series data of Guiyang from 2010 to 2020,this paper studies the coupling and coordination between smart city construction and green development in Guiyang by using entropy method and coefficient of variation combined weighting(TOPSIS).The results show that the comprehensive level of smart city construction and green development in Guiyang is on the rise,and the gap between the two development levels is fluctuating and has a narrowing trend.The coupling degree of smart city construction and green development has always been higher than that of coupling coordination.With the gradual increase of coupling coordination degree,the gap between the two has a narrowing trend.The coupling and coordination between the two systems need to be further improved.In order to achieve a higher level of mutual coordination and mutual promotion between the two systems,this paper puts forward two countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation of development power from engineering technology to green technology innovation and the transformation of development direction from economic increment target to green increment target.
