菌酶复合物对中毒奶牛免疫功能、血清生化指标及治疗效果的影响

摘要 [目的]分析菌酶复合物对中毒奶牛免疫功能、血清生化指标及治疗效果的影响。[方法]选择60头中毒奶牛为研究对象,按照治疗方式差异分组。静脉注射葡萄糖、维生素C治疗的纳入试验1组,口服葡萄糖、菌酶复合物治疗的纳入试验2组,每组30头。同时选择30头健康牛为对照组。治疗后分析血常规指标、血清生化指标、血清免疫球蛋白含量、具体治疗效果。[结果]治疗后试验2组白细胞、中性粒细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白指标低于试验1组,血小板高于试验1组,各项指标对比有统计学意义(P<0.05),淋巴细胞数值无明显变化,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验2组各项指标和对照组比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验2组ALT、TBIL、ALP、CK、BUN各项指标优于试验1组,数据对比有显著差异(P<0.05),两组AST指标无明显差异(P>0.05)。试验2组各项指标和对照组比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组IgA指标差异不明显,试验2组IgM、IgG高于试验1组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。试验2组上述指标和对照组比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。试验2组总有效率93.3%,试验1组总有效率60%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论]中毒奶牛在口服葡萄糖基础上,配合菌酶复合物治疗,可改善免疫功能、血清生化指标,强化治疗效果。 [Objective]To analyze the effects of bacterial enzyme complex on immune function,serum biochemical indexes and therapeutic effect of poisoned dairy cows.[Method]Sixty poisoned cows were selected as the study subjects and divided into different groups according to the treatment methods.The included test group 1 was treated with intravenous glucose and vitamin C,and the included test group 2 was treated with oral glucose and bacterial enzyme complex,with 30 cows in each group.Meanwhile,30 healthy cows were selected as the control group.Blood routine index,serum biochemical index,serum immunoglobulin content and specific therapeutic effect were analyzed after treatment.[Result]After treatment,the indexes of white blood cells,neutrophils,red blood cells and hemoglobin in trial group 2 were all lower than those in trial group 1,and the platelets were higher than those in trial group 1,and the comparison of all indexes was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the values of lymphocytes were not significantly changed(P>0.05).The indexes of trial group 2 were compared with those of control group.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The indexes of ALT,TBIL,ALP,CK and BUN in trial group 2 were better than those in trial group 1,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in AST between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between experimental group 2 and control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in IgA indexes between the two groups,and the IgM and IgG levels in test group 2 were higher than those in test group 1,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in appeal indexes between test group 2 and control group(P>0.05).The total effective rate of experiment group 2 was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of experiment group 1 was 60%,(P<0.05).[Conclusion]For poisoned cows,treatment with oral glucose combined with microbial enzyme complexes can improve immune function and serum biochemical indicators,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
