Promoting rural revitalization effectively and strongly is the basic requirement putted forward by China's No.1 Central Document for 2024.This article explores the connotation of effectively promoting rural revitalization.The article focuses on four key aspects of effectively promoting rural revitalization,namely,effectively expanding the policy horizon of rural revitalization,effectively promoting rural construction,effectively promoting sustainable development of rural industries,and effectively promoting common prosperity among farmers and in rural areas.Finally,the article puts forward relevant suggestions on strengthening the institutional guarantee and reform innovation for continuously effectively promoting rural revitalization.
