显微技术在蛤蚧定喘丸质量控制中的应用

摘要 探讨显微技术在蛤蚧定喘丸质量控制中的应用。采用显微鉴别方法对蛤蚧定喘丸执行标准规定的显微特征进行研究,并新建未规定检验项目的其他8味药材的显微鉴别方法,同时建立处方中麦冬混淆品山麦冬的显微检查方法。最终筛选出了处方中瓜蒌子、紫菀、醋鳖甲、甘草、麦冬、炒紫苏子、炒苦杏仁、石膏等8味药材中镜检率较高的粉末显微特征,作为蛤蚧定喘丸的显微鉴别依据;研究并建立了中成药中麦冬和山麦冬的显微鉴别方法;12批样品中均能检出相应药材的显微特征,均未发现山麦冬的显微特征,表明样品质量在显微鉴别结果上无明显差异。本研究建立的方法简便、快速、直观、经济,可更加全面地控制蛤蚧定喘丸的质量,提示传统的显微技术能够在指标成分缺乏或含量过低的中药的鉴别方面发挥重要作用。 Application of microscopic spectroscopy in quality control of Gejie Dingchuan pills was discussed.Using the method of microscopic identification,the microscopic characteristics specified in the execution standards of Gejie Dingchuan pills was studied,and microscopic identification methods for other 8 medicinal herbs in the prescription unspecified inspection items was established.Simultaneously microscopic spectroscopy was used for test of Radix Ophiopogonis adulterant Radix Liriopes.Eight medicinal herbs,including Semen Trichosanthis,Radix Asteris,vinegar Carapax Trionycis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Ophiopogonis,roasted Fructus Perillae,roasted Semen Armeniacae Amarum and Gypsum Fibrosum were selected for their powder microscopic characteristics with high microscopic inspection rates,serving as the basis for microscopic identification of Gejie Dingchuan pills.The microscopic identification characteristics of Radix Ophiopogonis and Radix Liriopes in traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations were studied and established for the first time;corresponding microscopic features could be detected in all 12 batches of samples,but no microscopic features of Radix Liriopes were detected,there was no significant difference in sample quality in the microscopic identification.The proposed methods were simple,rapid objective and economic,which offered a more comprehensive approach for quality control of Gejie Dingchuan pills.It is indicated that conventional technology such as microscopic spectroscopy can play an important role in identification of traditional Chinese medicine whose index ingredient is deficient or tiny.
