学校健康教育是建设健康中国和教育强国的重要基础,也是促进青少年健康成长和全面发展的重要举措,而推动中华优秀传统体育文化进校园则是加强和改进新时代学校健康教育工作的主要方向。南少林武术文化具有中华优秀传统体育文化的内涵和特质,与学校健康教育的核心内容和根本目标具有强烈的文化关联,在重塑青少年健康生活方式,提升青少年预防疾病能力,加强青少年心理健康教育,规约青少年安全应急与避险行为等方面赋予了学校健康教育健身、防病、健心、育德等方面的文化价值。通过构建武术教学新模式,融入武医结合新理念,创设武学宣传新平台,融合武德教育新思想等路径,可以实现中华优秀传统体育文化助力学校健康教育价值的有效落实。

School health education is an important foundation for building a healthy China and an educational powerhouse,as well as an important measure to promote the healthy growth and comprehensive development of young people.Promoting the introduction of excellent traditional Chinese sports culture into schools is the main direction for strengthening and improving school health education in the new era.The martial arts culture of Southern Shaolin has the connotation and characteristics of excellent traditional Chinese sports culture,and is strongly related to the core content and fundamental goals of school health education.It endows school health education with fitness,disease prevention,and mental health in reshaping the healthy lifestyle of young people,enhancing their ability to prevent diseases,strengthening their mental health education,and regulating their safety and emergency response and avoidance behaviors and other aspects.By constructing a new model of martial arts teaching,integrating the new concept of combining martial arts and medicine,creating a new platform for promoting martial arts,and upholding the new ideas of martial arts ethics education,we can effectively implement the value of Chinese excellent traditional sports culture in promoting school health education.
