摘要
以我国学校武术课程改革作为研究对象,主要运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,以“中国健康体育课程模式”的理论与实践成果为依据,针对我国学校武术课程改革这一问题进行了分析与讨论,提出“一个出发点”“两个着眼点”“四个切入点”。研究认为:当前我国学校武术课程的改革,应当以解决我国学校武术教育长期存在的问题为出发点,着眼于学校武术课程目标的重新定位和学校武术课程内容标准的革新两个方面,从贯彻和执行“运动密度”和“运动强度”的课程标准,探寻“易解、易能、易效”的武术教学形式与内容,创设“以兴趣为引导”的“趣味性”学校武术课堂,夯实“传承传统文化、培育民族精神”的教育目的等四个切入点,勇于探索、勇于实践,旨在开辟我国学校武术课程改革的新路径,展现我国学校武术教育事业的新景象。
Based on the literature method,logical analysis method and other research methods,this paper made the curriculum reform of School Wushu as the research object,analyzed the problems of the curriculum reform of School Wushu based on the theoretical and practical achievements of the healthy physical education curriculum model of China,and put forward the theories including“one starting point”“two focal points”and“four entry points”.The study suggested that:faced with the curriculum reform of School Wushu,we should make solving the long-term problems of School Wushu Education as the starting point,focus on the re-position of the curriculum objective and the reform of the content standards,try to seek the effective paths the curriculum reform of School Wushu and promote the sustainable development of School Wushu education in Chinese school from the following four aspects:to carry out the standards of the exercise density and exercise intensity,to explore the new content and form of teaching which is easy to understand,easy to control and easy to operate,to create interesting classes,to adhere to the aims of education:inheriting traditional culture and cultivatingnational spirit.School Wushu Education.
