摘要
从原理和结构上对矿热炉烟气余热回收利用新技术进行解析,采集实际生产数据,通过计算分析对比烟气余热利用前后的发生的变化。在矿热炉烟道设置热交换器,将交换后的热量传递至回转窑二次风,以此降低矿热炉烟气排放温度,提高回转窑二次风入窑温度。结果表明该技术减少了矿热炉烟气冷却水的用量,降低了矿热炉的冶炼电耗,同时也减少了回转窑的煤粉消耗量,提高了回转窑焙砂的出料温度,使回转窑热效率得到提升。
Analyze the new technology of flue gas waste heat recycling of submerged arc furnace from the principle and structure,and collect the actual production data to analyze and compare the changes before and after the utilization of the flue gas waste heat through calculation.The heat exchanger is set up in the flue of the submerged arc furnace,and the exchanged heat is transferred to the secondary air of the rotary kiln,so as to reduce the discharge temperature of the flue gas of the submerged arc furnace and increase the temperature of the secondary air of the rotary kiln entering the kiln.The results show that this technology reduces the amount of flue gas cooling water of the submerged arc furnace,reduces the smelting power consumption of the submerged arc furnace,and reduces the consumption of pulverized coal in the rotary kiln,improves the discharge temperature of the calcined ore in the rotary kiln,and improves the thermal efficiency of the rotary kiln.
