摘要
研究解决热轧产线层流区域辊道电机在高温、高湿、腐蚀性气体的恶劣工况下设备故障高发、检测排故时间长、故障无法提前预判的问题。基于电机在线电流监测及绝缘检测技术,对电机负载电流、绝缘阻值进行采集、分析、预警和可视化配置。建立一套电动机状态监测系统,精准把控电机状态,实现电机设备状态实时在线监测。运用大数据信息技术,对电机在线电流值和电阻值进行采集分析,制定层流辊道电机电气类故障、机械类故障的维护规则,对复杂工况环境下的在线电机故障分析及处理提供解决方案。
Objective To study and solve the problems of high failure rate,long detection and troubleshooting time,and failure prediction in advance of the roller motor in the laminar flow area of hot rolling production line under the harsh working conditions of high temperature,high humidity and corrosive gas.Methods Based on the online current monitoring and insulation detection technology of the motor,the load current and insulation resistance value of the motor were collected,analyzed,warned,and visually configured.Results A set of motor status monitoring system was established to accurately control the motor status and realize real⁃time online monitoring of the motor equipment status.Conclusions The use of big data information technology to collect and analyze the online current value and resistance value of the motor,refine the electrical fault and mechanical fault rules of the motor,and provide maintenance schemes for online motor fault analysis under complex working conditions.
