双重知识网络嵌入对新创集群企业国际创业绩效的影响研究

Research on the impact of dual knowledge network embedding on the international entrepreneurial performance of newly-established technological clusters

如何在集群协同创业复杂情境下通过知识网络嵌入提升国际创业绩效,是新创科技型中小企业亟待解决的难题。本文基于网络嵌入性理论与组织学习理论,选取274家新创集群科技型中小企业为研究样本,构建本土及海外双重知识网络嵌入、跨组织协同学习、跨国创业导向与国际创业绩效关系的理论模型,使用层次回归分析法深入探究双重知识网络嵌入对新创集群科技企业国际创业绩效的影响机理与作用机制。研究发现:双重知识网络嵌入显著正向影响新创集群科技型中小企业国际创业绩效,产生溢出效应与边际效应;双重知识网络嵌入促进跨组织协同学习机制的形成,而跨组织协同学习在双重知识网络嵌入与国际创业绩效间起中介作用;跨国创业导向正向调节双重知识网络嵌入对国际创业绩效的影响,发挥战略引领与行动导向作用。研究结论对于降低科技型中小企业国际创业风险及提升国际创业绩效具有理论与实践指导意义。

In the information era,knowledge embedding has played an increasingly important role in the international growth of knowledge-based enterprises.Thus,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study how to promote the international entrepreneurship performance of the newly-established cluster technological SMEs through dual knowledge network embedding.This study integrated the theories of network embeddedness and organizational learning,and built an analytical framework of the relationship between dual knowledge network embedding,collaborative learning across organizations,transnational entrepreneurial orientation,and international entrepreneurial performance of technological cluster SMEs.Through an empirical analysis of 274 survey data samples,the research found that:(1)dual knowledge network embedding has a positive impact on the growth of international entrepreneurial performance of cluster technological SMEs.The embedding of knowledge network can produce positive economic externalities,exert knowledge spillover effects,enhance the stickiness among cluster enterprises,and thus provide continuous momentum for international entrepreneurship;(2)collaborative learning across organizations plays a mediating role between dual knowledge network embedding and international entrepreneurial performance;and(3)transnational entrepreneurial orientation can positively adjust the relationship between dual knowledge network embedding and international entrepreneurial performance.In theory,this study can help to better understand the internal working mechanism of dual knowledge network embedding upon international entrepreneurship performance.In terms of management practice,it has shed lights that the cluster technological enterprises should strengthen the integration and reconstruction of internal and external knowledge networks,transform embedded tacit knowledge resources into real international entrepreneurial momentum,and thus achieve the high international entrepreneurship performance.
