综合保温护理措施对患者术中体温及临床指标影响的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the effect of comprehensive insulation nursing measures on intraoperative body temperature and clinical indicators of patients

目的系统评价综合保温护理措施对患者术中体温及临床指标的影响。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库、PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane Library等数据库,纳入术中采取保温护理措施的随机对照试验。提取数据并进行文献质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.4软件对符合标准的文献进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10篇文献,包含1035例患者。Meta分析结果显示,试验组(实施综合保温护理措施)患者的术中体温明显高于对照组(实施常规护理保温措施),术后低体温发生率、寒战发生率均低于对照组,术后肾上腺素水平和去甲肾上腺素水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05),而两组患者术后C反应蛋白水平相当(P>0.05)。结论相比于常规护理保温措施,采取综合保温护理措施可以改善术中不同时期体温,预防术中低体温及寒战的发生,维持应激性指标水平。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of comprehensive insulation nursing measures on intraoperative body temperature and clinical indicators in patients.Method CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP Database,PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane Library and other databases were searched to include randomized controlled trials of intraoperative insulation nursing measures.After data extraction and literature quality evaluation,RevMan 5.4 software was used to conduct a Meta-analysis of the literature that met the criteria.Result A total of 10 articles involving 1035 paitients were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the intraoperative body temperature of the experimental group(treated with comprehensive insulation nursing measures)was significantly higher than that of the control group(treated with routine nursing insulation measures),the incidence of postoperative hypothermia and shivering was lower than that in the control group,and the postoperative epinephrine and norepinephrine levels were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).However,the postoperative levels of C-reactive protein in the two groups were similar(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing insulation measures,comprehensive insulation nursing measures can improve the intraoperative temperature at different periods,prevent the occurrence of intraoperative hypothermia and shivering,and maintain the stress indicator level.
