摘要
阐述一种新型的图像传感器列信号处理电路,通过比较器将所有行的参考信号和像素信号先后锁存于同一存储单元,比较器只需要与同一存储单元进行数据交互,减少因不同行的参考信号和像素信号锁存于不同存储单元,而引起的比较器负载增加所产生的电源功耗。
This paper describes a new type of image sensor column signal processing circuit,which locks the reference signals and pixel signals of all rows in the same storage unit through a comparator.The comparator only needs to interact with the same storage unit to reduce the power consumption caused by the increase in comparator load caused by the locking of reference signals and pixel signals from different rows in different storage units.
