摘要
阐述基于Factory IO的虚拟智能制造产线控制系统的设计,将TIA Portal、Factory IO与HMI有机结合,从虚拟智能制造产线场景搭建、PLC控制系统程序编写与HMI组态开发,实现虚拟智能制造产线控制系统的联合仿真调试与运行。
This paper expounds the design of a virtual intelligent manufacturing production line control system based on Factory IO.TIA Portal,Factory IO,and HMI are organically combined to achieve joint simulation debugging and operation of the virtual intelligent manufacturing production line control system from the construction of virtual intelligent manufacturing production line scenes,PLC control system programming,and HMI configuration development.
