信息化联合改良健康教育在提高患者肠镜检查前肠道准备清洁度及耐受性的应用研究

摘要 目的研究信息化联合改良健康教育提高患者肠镜检查前肠道准备清洁度及耐受性的作用。方法前瞻性选择2022年8月至2023年8月在我院消化内镜室进行结直肠镜检查的161例患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组接受改良前健康教育的方法进行肠镜检查前肠道准备,观察组接受信息化联合改良后健康教育进行肠镜检查前肠道准备,采集两组研究对象的肠道准备清洁度及耐受性检测指标,并分析信息化联合改良健康教育在提高患者肠镜检查前肠道准备清洁度及耐受性的有效性。结果与对照组相比,观察组的结肠准备评分更高,进镜时间为(4.76±2.45)分钟、退镜时间为(8.26±2.19)分钟,均低于对照组[(5.53±1.77)分钟、(9.97±2.26)分钟]。观察组的息肉检出率为56.25%,息肉检出数为92个,高于对照组的息肉检出率45%、息肉检出数71个。观察组研究对象评价药物口感不佳者、清肠时腹部不适者、恶心或呕吐者占比均低于对照组比例,观察组肠镜检查总满意度评分高于对照组。上述指标差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化联合改良健康教育对结直肠镜检查前肠道准备存在优势,有利于改善肠道清洁度,患者的耐受性和满意度更好。 Objective To study the role of informatization and improved health education in improving the cleanliness and tolerance of intestinal preparation before colonoscopy in patients.Methods Prospective selection of 161 patients who underwent colonoscopy in the gastroenterology department of our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 as research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received general health education for intestinal preparation before colonoscopy,and the observation group received information-based joint improved health education for intestinal preparation before colonoscopy.The two groups of research subjects were collected for intestinal preparation cleanliness and tolerance test indicators,and analyzed the effectiveness of information-based joint improved health education in improving the cleanliness and tolerance of intestinal preparation before colonoscopy in patients.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a high proportion of colon preparation scores,and the time to enter the mirror was(4.76±2.45)min and the time to exit the mirror was(8.26±2.19)min,these were lower than those of the control group[(5.53±1.77)min、(9.97±2.26)min].The detection rate of polyps in the observation group was 56.25%,and the number of polyps detected was 92,which was higher than those of the control group.The proportion of subjects in the observation group who evaluated the poor taste of the drug,abdominal discomfort during bowel cleansing,nausea or vomiting was lower than that of the control group.The total satisfaction score of colonoscopy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The differences in the above indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Information technology combined with improved health education has advantages for intestinal preparation before colonoscopy,which is conducive to improving intestinal cleanliness and better patient tolerance and satisfaction.
