摘要
探讨了汽包液位控制在锅炉的安全和经济运行中的重要性。介绍了基于不同原理的液位计(包括双色水位计、电接点水位计和差压式水位计)在汽包液位测量中的应用,并详细分析了单冲量控制系统和串级三冲量控制系统的工作原理、特点及其在不同工况下的适用性。特别指出,在锅炉自动化程度较高的现代环境下,选择恰当的液位测量和控制策略对于保障锅炉的安全和稳定运行至关重要。
The crucial role of drum level control in the safety and economic efficiency of boiler operation is discussed.The application of level meters based on different principles is introduced,including mica bi-colored level meters with no blind zone,electrical contact level meters,and differential pressure level meters,in drum level measurement.Subsequently,it analyzes the working principles,characteristics,and applicability under different operational conditions of single impulse control systems and cascaded triple impulse control systems.The importance of selecting appropriate level measurement and control strategies in the context of high automation in modern boiler environments is highlighted.
