摘要
大型火电机组的进汽管理方式一般都基于经济负荷设计,部分负荷阀位管理依据缺乏数据支撑。机炉协调方式下,主蒸汽参数的设置很少考虑汽机阀位带来的影响,从而造成了较大的效率损失或者控制精度的不足。通过定性分析及试验数据,给出了全负荷下基于阀位管理的汽轮机参数控制办法,能有效给出运行目标,为火电厂调峰运行提供参考。
The steam inlet management method of large thermal power units is generally based on economic load design,and some load valve position management lacks data support.Under the coordinated mode of turbine and boiler,the setting of main steam parameters rarely considers the impact of turbine valve position,resulting in significant efficiency loss or insufficient control accuracy.A steam turbine parameter control method is provided based on valve position management under full load through qualitative analysis and experimental data,which can effectively provide operational objectives and serve as a reference for peak shaving operation in thermal power plants.
