The paper analyses the feasibility of the construction of scalp acupuncture therapy based on gender differences,in order to improve the basic theory of scalp acupuncture therapy and improve the clinical efficacy, and explores the feasibility and value of the clinical application of scalp acupuncture therapy from three aspects:the development and current situation of scalp acupuncture therapy, the characteristics of the theory of sexual dimorphism and the new clinical use of the sex difference needle therapy. At present, scalp acupuncture therapy in putamen is confronted with the problem of how to further promote and innovate its development.Scalp acupuncture therapy should consider the differences between the sexes in brain structure, brain function and brain-derived diseases, and should be further implemented in the aspects of point selection, acupuncture operation and the use of acupuncture auxiliary instruments.Scalp acupuncture therapy based on sexual dimorphism is feasible and necessary. It can promote the innovative development of new scalp acupuncture therapy, improve the level of clinical efficacy, promote the promotion of scalp acupuncture therapy, and provide support for precision medicine in traditional Chinese medicine.
