摘要
目的:研究八段锦对生命状态的影响。方法:将90名在校大学生分为八段锦练习组、双惟晨跑组和空白对照组,每组30名。运用太赫兹波光谱技术和心理健康症状自评量表SCL-90分别进行检测与调查分析。结果:八段锦练习组、双惟晨跑组和空白对照组调查对象的心理症状人均得分改善情况分别为13.66、8.03和6.46;八段锦练习组与双惟晨跑组试验后可以显著增强劳宫穴、命门穴太赫兹强度(P<0.01);八段锦练习组抑郁、偏执、其他3项改善情况优于其余两组。结论:八段锦和跑步可以增强人体之气太赫兹波,可以改善身心状态,且八段锦的效果较佳。
Objective:To study the effect of Baduanjin on life state.Methods:The 90 college students were divided into Baduanjin practice group,shuangwei morning running group and blank control group,30 students in each group,terahertz wave spectroscopy technology and mental health symptoms self-evaluation scale SCL-90 was used for detecting and analysising.Results:The psychological symptoms of the respondents in Baduanjin practice group,Shuangwei morning running group and blank control group were 13.66,8.03 and 6.46,respectively.After test,Baduanjin practice group and Shuangwei morning running group could significantly enhance the intensity of Laogong point(PC8)and Summen point(DU04)in THz intensity(P<0.01).The improvement of depression,paranoia,and the other three items in the Baduanjin practice group was better than the other two groups.Conclusion:Baduanjin and running can enhance the qi THz wave of the human body,can improve the physical and mental state,and Baduanjin exercise effect is the better.
