基于CBE-CDIO理念的混合式药物分析实验课程教学改革

摘要 针对当前药物分析实验课程无法满足应用型人才培养需求的问题,提出了基于能力本位教育(Competency Based Education, CBE)与构思-设计-实施-运作(Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate, CDIO)理念结合的药物分析实验课程教学模式。首先对岗位关键技能进行基于能力本位的模块化专门训练,再以项目化综合实验为载体,采用CDIO模式在药品质量控制的全流程中培养学生的综合分析能力。同时采用“能力三核”模型设置实验教学目标,反向设计实验课程矩阵,基于课程矩阵依托在线课程平台搭建“知识-教学-学习”三层级知识图谱,构建了知识图谱技术驱动下的混合式实验教学模式。该教学模式的实施取得了良好的效果,为药物分析实验教学提供了参考模式。 Given the problem that the current pharmaceutical analysis experiment course can not meet the demand for comprehensive and applied talent training,a teaching mode based on the combination of CBE and CDIO concepts is proposed.First,modular specialized training based on competency is provided for key job skills,and then taking the project-based comprehensive experiment as the carrier,CDIO mode is adopted to cultivate students’comprehensive analytical ability in the whole process of pharmaceutical quality control.At the same time,the“three core competency”model is adopted to set experimental teaching objectives,and the experimental course matrix is designed in reverse.Based on the course matrix and relying on the online course platform,a three-level knowledge graph of“knowledge-teaching-learning”is constructed,and a hybrid experimental teaching mode driven by knowledge graph is constructed.The implementation of this teaching mode has achieved good results and provides a reference mode for pharmaceutical analysis experiment teaching.
